2. AvalonTC Work Order (Signed Copy)
3. Return Address
4. Contact Name
5. Contact Phone
6. Include AC Adaptor and VGA or DVI Cable in the
Box
• Double wrap machine in “large bubble” bubble wrap.
• Secure with tape. Place in box on its end, not flat.
• Wrap auxiliary units in bubble wrap and place in box with
the machine.
• Seal box with tape.
Note for projectors: Please do not send cables
or remote control with your projector (unless requested by our office).
We are not responsible for lost cables or other accessories with
your machine.
