after diagnosis.
A $50 charge applies should the customer choose not to go
ahead with repairs after a successful diagnosis. We will
diagnose the problem and call you with an estimate within
72 hours.
REPAIR RATES:
LCD Monitor repair, or LCD Display repair our repair
charges start from $99. Total cost is determined by size,
cost of parts and amount of time goes into total repair
process. Our office will contact you after your LCD Monitor
or LCD Display has been successfully diagnosed by our technician.
Repair of your LCD Monitor will be completed after your
approval.

Due to our excellent service record and very reasonable
prices we receive hundred + monitors for repairs every month.
To provide you with the highest standard of service we have
established some guidelines to ensure a smooth process for
all parties involved.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer roundtrip shipping via UPS (Ground) for only $40
anywhere in the USA, except Alaska and Hawaii.

Pack your Laptop in a sturdy box and get it ready for shipment.
STEP 2:
After you have your monitor all packed in a secure box,
please call our office at

INSURANCE
We offer up to $500 insurance on your monitor at no cost
to you when shipping, additional insurance can also be purchased.
Please ask our representative for details.
PLEASE NOTE : Make sure that your Monitor is ready
before UPS arrives. However you do not need box your machine
if you are in local Washington DC area and made the arrangement
with our office to have your machine picked up by our driver.
Whenever possible we try
to repair a part before replacing it. The landed cost to
you is much less than what a manufacturer charges for a
replacement part.
WARRANTY OF LAPTOP REPAIR
We will back our Monitor Repair work with a 3-Month Warranty
from the original date of repair. Pickup and delivery charges
may apply.
